Located inside the historic Mole Vanvitelliana, one of Ancona’s most iconic landmarks, The Mole is a multifunctional venue that combines culture, hospitality and social experiences through a wide range of activities throughout the year.

The venue hosts a bistrot and Literary Café, offering aperitifs and cocktails, cultural events, book presentations and coworking activities. With a strong focus on local cuisine, The Mole offers dining experiences from breakfast to dinner, creating a meeting point where food, culture and community come together.

To support this variety of activities, the venue relies on Montarbo audio solutions, designed to ensure high-quality sound both for everyday activities and events.

The permanent installation includes a Montarbo Nettuno 10 system dedicated to the theatre bar on the ground floor. The top cabinets are wall-mounted to ensure optimal sound distribution while seamlessly integrating into the venue’s historic setting and providing clear and detailed sound reproduction.

The second-floor foyer bar, used during theatre events, is equipped with an additional Montarbo Nettuno 10 system in mono configuration, designed to provide clear and even sound reinforcement. For outdoor events, the same system is moved to the external areas of the venue, offering a flexible solution based on event requirements.

For larger events, the system is expanded with a Nettuno 50 configuration consisting of two top cabinets and two subwoofers, used as the main PA system both indoors and outdoors depending on event requirements. This configuration provides the power and flexibility needed for concerts, cultural events and larger gatherings.

With a capacity of approximately 100 people indoors and up to 150 in the outdoor area, The Mole relies on Montarbo technology to deliver high-quality sound across a wide range of experiences within the unique setting of the Mole Vanvitelliana.
